Krista Galyen

Senior Vice President of LX Design, iDesign

Krista Galyen, a 27-year veteran in the field of education, is the senior vice president of LX design at iDesign. There, she leads teams dedicated to partnering with universities to create and support engaging online and blended learning experiences. Krista’s expertise lies in harnessing emerging technologies to design impactful programs and learning experiences. She previously served as the director of research, development, and evaluation at the University of Missouri’s international online high school, and she also managed the development of a 3D virtual learning environment, including a cutting-edge data method for measuring and evaluating 3D student performance and 3D learning design. Krista has led multiple grant-funded research projects exploring innovative learning technologies. She brings a passion for pushing the boundaries of educational technology to create transformative learning experiences that make a real impact on students and faculty.

Corey Vigdor

Corey Vigdor is a higher education professional with over 34 years of experience, of which 24 are in online learning. Since August 2022, he has been serving as the AVP of online education within AU Online at Augusta University in Georgia. Prior to this position, Corey was the dean of online education at Kean University in New Jersey. Corey has deep experiences in online learning in administration, program development, student support, instructional design, course development and teaching.

Leah Chuchran-Davis

Vice President of LX Design, iDesign

Leah Chuchran-Davis is the vice president of LX design at iDesign, a partner to universities that wish to build, grow, and support online and blended course program offerings. She focuses on the development of distributed teams that are highly collaborative and innovative in learning design. Her current research interests include competency-based education (CBE) and workforce skills development, building learning communities, and humanizing the online classroom. She currently resides in western North Carolina on 36 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains as she, the farmer, and four children enjoy outdoor life on a biodynamic farm.
